Abstract: Pancreatic adenocarcinoma (PDAC) carries a dismal prognosis and efforts to harness immune-based therapies are in high demand. Using retrograde pancreatic duct instillation of lentiviral particles, we have established and characterized a preclinical autochthonous mouse model for immunogenic PDAC.
