Abstract: Triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a collection of heterogeneous diseases with limited therapeutic options primarily involving cytotoxic chemotherapy. The distinct molecular profile and increased chromosomal instability (CIN) of TNBC make it a difficult disease to treat.
