Abstract: Introduction: Pathological complete response (pCR) in unselected triple negative breast cancer (TNBC) is associated with excellent long-term survival. However, controversy remains as to whether pCR in BRCA mutation associated (BRCA[+]) TNBC is predictive of improved long-term outcome.
