Abstract P4-02-16: High miRNA26A1 and Low EZH2 Expression Levels Are Associated with Favorable Outcome to Tamoxifen in Advanced Breast Cancer through Similar Molecular Pathways

Abstract: Background: We showed that decreased expression levels of EZH2 are associated with a favorable outcome to tamoxifen in advanced breast cancer. Furthermore, EZH2 knockdown in MCF7 cells resulted in estrogen receptor (ER) upregulation and increased sensitivity to anti-estrogens.
