Abstract:Background: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) has the highest recurrence and distant metastasis rates among breast cancer molecular types. In breast-conserving surgery, the insensitivity discrimination of negative margins correlating with locoregional recurrence and poor patient outcomes.
