Abstract:B7-H4 (VTCN1, B7x, B7S1) is a transmembrane protein belonging to the B7 family of costimulatory proteins and has been shown to inhibit T cell proliferation, cytokine secretion, and cytotoxic lymphocyte (CTL) induction.
