Abstract: Background: Although neoadjuvant endocrine therapy has been used to improve breast conservation rate, its prognostic relevance is unknown. The search for a valid prognostic factor equivalent to pCR in neoadjuvant chemotherapy is a current challenge in neoadjuvant endocrine therapy.
