Abstract No. 710 Evaluation of the effect of prior imaging on procedure time for mesenteric angiograms performed for acute lower GI bleed at a single institution

Abstract: responded to quickly" and "I was taught how my pain would be managed." Results: Satisfaction scores improved by 8.46% (82.69% to 91.15%) and 7.09% (80.88% to 87.97%) for the two questions, which translated into an increase to our division's Top Box Score Customer Service Score. Conclusions: Incorporating buffered local anesthetic, specific language, signage, and updating discharge instructions into our practice have proven effective at increasing our patient satisfaction scores in regards to pain management.
