Abstract: Purpose: Thoracic endovascular aortic repair (TEVAR) has supplanted open repair of thoracic aortic pathology in many patients. As with abdominal endovascular aortic repair (EVAR), endoleak is a potential complication that could allow progressive enlargement of the excluded lumen with risk of rupture.
