Abstract:Bendamustine hydrochloride is a cytotoxic agent that encompasses structural features of alkylating and nucleoside-derived drugs. This drug is currently used in the treatment of several haemotological malignancies; among them Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia (CLL).
