Abstract: The purpose of this study is to develop a comprehensive mathematical model of DNA double-strand break (DSB) repair in a cell cycle-dependent manner to analyze the improved radiosensitivity of prostate cancer (PCa) cells to ionizing radiation (IR) when radiation treatment is combined with androgen deprivation therapy (ADT).
