Abstract: Cerebral vasospasm (VSP) is a frequent complication after aneurysmal and traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH) and carries significant morbidity and mortality. Traumatic brain injury (TBI) is associated with the severest casualties from Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
