Abstract:Adrenocortical carcinoma (ACC) is an aggressive malignancy of the adrenal cortex. Five-year survival in Stage IV disease is 6%. Surgical resection is the mainstay of treatment; however, most patients present with unresectable disease or experience tumor recurrence after surgery.
