Abstract 5224: Conversion of human glioblastoma cells into neurons by neuronal transcription factors

Abstract: Background: Glioblastoma is one of the most severe primary cancer types in the central nervous system. Because of genomic and epigenetic heterogeneity, GBM is infiltrative and resistant to conventional treatments such as radiation, chemotherapy and molecular targeting drugs.
