Abstract 5039: Medical radiation exposure and risk of retinoblastoma: A report from the Children’s Oncology Group

Abstract: Retinoblastoma, which results from mutations in the RB1 gene, is the most common intraocular malignancy in childhood. Approximately 10% of cases are familial, and the remaining cases (both bilateral and unilateral) are considered sporadic.
