Abstract 4524: Multiparametric characterization of early-stage SCLC human tumors reveals novel patient subgroups based on specific molecular to immune landscape associations
Abstract:Small cell lung cancer (SCLC) is a lethal malignancy with few therapeutic options. Tissue resection or biopsy are unusual, so the scarce sample available has limited our knowledge on the biology of SCLC tumors. Recent advances propose novel molecular subtypes (SCLC-A, SCLC-N, SCLC-P, SCLC-I, NAPI classification) to classify SCLC patients and specific treatment susceptibilities of defined subgroups. In this line, we collected 119 tumor samples from a cohort of early-stage SCLC patients with complete clinical an… Show more
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
