Abstract 4104: Low-cost, simple and rapid assay for single-molecule detection of gene fusions from RNA with ASPYRE technology

Abstract: Introduction: The FDA has approved 11 therapies for non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) patients diagnosed with gene fusions. Importantly, these life-saving targeted therapies remain underutilized due to a lack of cost-effective, comprehensive, and simple-to-use technologies for gene fusion detection.
