Abstract: Ionizable amino lipids are a major constituent of the lipid nanoparticles for delivering nucleic acid therapeutics (e.g., DLin-MC3-DMA in ONPATTRO®, ALC-0315 in Comirnaty®, SM-102 in Spikevax®).
