Abstract: Despite dual antiplatelet therapy with aspirin and clopidogrel, patients with diabetes mellitus (DM) suffer from frequent recurrent ischemic events. Previous studies have shown that DM patients have a higher prevalence of aspirin resistance than non-DM patients.
