Abstract 3118: Histological subtypes correlate with distinct genetic abnormalities in defining therapeutic targets in medulloblastoma

Abstract: Medulloblastoma (MB) is the most common primary pediatric malignant brain tumor. Genetic classification and distinct histologic subtypes defines MB into 4 groups: classic (WNT), sonic hedgehog (Shh), group 3 and group 4.
