Abstract:Among cytotoxics commonly used for cancer treatment, microtubule-targeting agents harbor a broad clinical anti-tumor efficacy. Microtubule-targeting agents act by their direct cytotoxic actions on tumor cells but also by their anti-angiogenic and vascular-disrupting actions.
