Abstract:A series of L- and D-tyrosine derivatives of temozolomide (TMZ) was synthesized and evaluated as potentially improved anticancer agents against breast cancer cell lines. TMZ is a well tolerated, broad spectrum oral alkylating agent that crosses the blood–brain barrier.
