Abstract 236: Characterizing cellular signal transduction cross-talk using in-cell kinase screen

Abstract: Cancers are known to be heterogeneous diseases. Tumor cell proliferation and the development of metastatic disease involve the activation of multiple, sometime parallel and often compensatory signal transduction pathways. We have developed a cell-based assay platform that measures specific kinase activity within cells, thus allowing us to conduct pathway-based analyses.
