Abstract: Epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy. Though most patients initially respond to platinum-based therapy, the likelihood of disease reoccurrence is nearly 100%. Thus, new tumor-selective therapies for EOC are urgently needed.
