Abstract: Purpose: Tumor microenvironmental (TME) factors play important roles in cancer progression and chemoresistance by inducing epithelial-mesenchymal transition (EMT) and related mechanisms. Pancreatic stellate cell (PSC) is a highly-enriched cell type in TME of pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC).
