Abstract 2078: Analysis of DNA structural variations in context of the gene regulatory landscape of pediatric ALL

Abstract: Acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) is the most common pediatric leukemia. It comprises of multiple subtypes with combinations of chromosomal rearrangements, indels and copy number variations. Furthermore, there is a significant number of somatic mutations located outside of protein coding regions of the genome.
