Abstract: Characterizing the relationship between pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and efficacy is critical in the discovery and development of new drugs, schedules and combinations. The PK/PD/efficacy relationship has historically been characterized in xenograft models, owing to an absence of viable alternatives.
