Abstract: Accurate profiling of pharmacokinetic (PK) and pharmacodynamic (PD) parameters is critical in the discovery and development of new oncology drugs, schedules and combinations. Predicting these parameters pre-clinically is essential to determine efficacious doses required in clinical treatment.
