Abstract: We aim to test the hypothesis that histone deacetylases (HDACs) and RNA polymerase III (Polr3) cooperatively control exocrine pancreatic growth, and combined inhibition of HDACs and POLR3 produces enhanced growth suppression in pancreatic cancer.
