Abstract 1474: Characterization of 148 ovarian cancer tumografts (Avatars) using BROCA-HR deep sequencing

Abstract: Ovarian cancer is the most lethal gynecologic malignancy and the fifth leading cause of cancer deaths among women. The current standard of care post surgical cytoreduction is combination platinum/taxane chemotherapy.
