Abstract: Background: Secondary pulmonary hypertension (SPH) is a predictor of poor outcomes in obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) patients. In this study, we examined sex/racial disparities, predictors and inpatient mortality in SPH-related hospitalizations among OSA patients.
