Absorptive Capacity, Innovativeness and the Performance of Micro-enterprises in Malaysia

Abstract: This study examines the effect of the entrepreneur’s innovativeness and absorptive capacity on micro-enterprise innovativeness and the performance of micro-enterprises owned and managed by women micro-entrepreneurs in Peninsular Malaysia.
