“…The present work can be regarded as a continuation of a previous one [2] where the binary system R124-DMAC was considered in an absorption refrigeration machine and the modeling of the performance and the recirculation ratio was carried out by means of the UNIFAC, which is based on the contributions of groups of atoms on a structural basis ,and considers the liquide solution to be made up of groups rather than pure components as introduced by Fredenslund et al [3].
