Abstract: BackgroundThe use of intranasal dexmedetomidine is hampered by a limited understanding of its absorption pharmacokinetics.MethodsWe examined the pharmacokinetics and feasibility of intranasal dexmedetomidine administered in the supine position to adult patients undergoing general anaesthesia.
