Absorption of catechin auto‐oxidation dimers by confluent Caco‐2 cell monolayers

Abstract: Formation of homo‐ and hetero‐dimers through auto‐oxidation of epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) and epigallocatechin (EGC) under simulated digestion has been reported.
