Absorption in One-Dimensional Lossy Photonic Crystal

Abstract: In this work we have obtained the absorption property in one-dimensional (1D) defective lossy photonic crystals (PCs) composed of double-negative (DNG) and double-positive materials by using transfer matrix method.
