Absolute Electronic Energetics and Quantitative Work Functions of Liquids from Photoelectron Spectroscopy

Abstract: Conspectus Liquid-jet photoelectron spectroscopy (LJ-PES) enabled a breakthrough in the experimental study of the electronic structure of liquid water, aqueous solutions, and volatile liquids more generally.
