Absolute distance measurement using frequency sweeping interferometry with large swept range and target drift compensation

Abstract: Frequency sweeping interferometry (FSI) is an attractive absolute distance measurement (ADM) method because of the advantages of large unambiguity range, simple structure and excellent flexibility.
