Absenteeism in the nursing team in surgical-clinical units of a philanthropic hospital

Abstract: Objective: Identify the rate of absenteeism in the nursing team in surgical-clinical units of a philanthropic hospital in the interior of the state of São Paulo, and determine the technical safety index for each professional category.
