Absent and Discordant Electronic Health Record Documentation of Complementary and Alternative Medicine in Cancer Care

Abstract: Objectives: Many patients with cancer use complementary and alternative medicine (CAM), but the quality of CAM documentation in their electronic health records (EHRs) is unknown.
