Abrupt Shear Thickening of Aqueous Solutions of Hydrophobically Modified Poly(N,N′-dimethylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid)

Abstract: We report some new and interesting observations on the abrupt and large shear-induced thickening of aqueous solutions of hydrophobically modified poly(N,N′-dimethylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid).
