Aboveground biomass and carbon stock assessment in forest stands of Gmelinaarborea Roxb. in Mizoram, North-East India

Abstract: Aboveground biomass and carbon stock in tropical forest play an important role in global carbon cycle. Assessment of biomass and carbon pool in different forest stands may provide information in making decisions about the carbon management within the forest.
