Abnormal variations of the four factors in osteoporotic fractures

Abstract: Objective: The classical osteoporotic signaling pathways include the four key factors (LRP5, Runx2, Osterix, and RANKL) influencing the regulation of osteogenesis and osteoclastogenesis.
