Abstract: The abnormality of surfactant protein C (SFTPC) has been linked to the development of a number of interstitial lung diseases, according to mounting evidence. Nonetheless, the function and mechanism of SFTPC in the biological progression of lung adenocarcinoma (LUAD) remain unclear.
