Abstract: InhaltsiibersichtAbweichungen von der LANGMUIRSChen Sondentheorie sind zu erwarten, wenn die Ausdehnung der Raumladungszone, der Dichte-oder der Temperaturstorung groljer ist, als die mittlere freie Weglange der Ionen. Wir diskutieren den Bereich der experimentellen Parameter, wo dies der Fall ist. Der Effekt der Sondenstorung hangt wesentlich von der experimentellen Anordnung ab.
