Abstract:A 31-year-old man was referred to an adult urologist for a renal polar mass that measured 7.2 cm in maximum diameter. Robotic assisted complete tumor excision for suspicious renal cell carcinoma was carried out, preserving the rest of the left kidney. Histopathology showed a Wilms tumor (WT) with positive margins.
