Abstract:Abdominal pregnancy is a life threat to both mother and fetus requiring surgery regardless of the age of pregnancy. We report a case of abdominal pregnancy, delivered by laparotomy with a live newborn. This is a 31-year-old woman with 34 weeks and 2 days of amenorrhea whose ultrasound showed an abdominal pregnancy.
