Abstract:Angioplasty, stenting, endovascular stent grafts, and other minimally interventional techniques are becoming common techniques used for a myriad of vascular pathology. As the technology, comfort level, and technical expertise improve, the envelope of overuse is being approached or possibly superceded. We present an unusual complication of pancreatitis, pseudoaneurysm of the abdominal aorta, which was successfully treated with an endovascular stent graft.
