“…In this case, the diagnosis of an enlarged sinus of Valsalva aneurysm was confirmed by postsurgical pathological examination. Although cases of cardiac tamponade stemming from fistula formation due to neoplastic growth or invasion—and ischemic symptoms caused by arterial stenosis or embolization—have been documented [ 6 , 7 ], early diagnosis remains challenging as most cases remain asymptomatic until substantial encroachment occurs in adjacent normal tissues.
