ABCA Transporter Gene Expression and Poor Outcome in Epithelial Ovarian Cancer

Abstract: Expression of ABCA transporters was associated with poor outcome in serous ovarian cancer, implicating lipid trafficking as a potentially important process in EOC.

При исследовании гена АВСА10, высоко гомологичного генам АВСА9 и АВСА6, показано, что его экспрессия повышена в опухолях нескольких ти-пов, в том числе в фолликулярной лимфоме (Baecklund et al, 2014), и влияет на исход заболеваний.…”
